SWEET POTATO SUMAC CHIPS

Ingredients
4 sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons of quality extra virgin olive oil.
1 teaspoon of Rose Burak Sumac
Salt + pepper, as you like.
Method
Peel and grate the sweet potatoes. Then slice them into very thin slices.
Transfer to a bowl with ice water and let it rest in the ice water, about 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 200°C/390°F degrees. Prepare a baking tray with baking paper on top.
Strain the sweet potato slices. Place the slices on the baking paper. Gently drizzle with a little olive oil, sprinkle with sumac and salt.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Add another sprinkle of sumac and salt to taste, and enjoy!
