Vegan vanilla ice cream, drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle of Rose Burak Sumac
Brilliantly easy, and bursting with dynamic flavor. The combination of the sweet of the ice cream and the acidity of sumac enhances the flavor and the sweetness of other ingredients. Instead of vanilla, this dynamic trifecta of flavors also goes well chocolate or pistachio ice cream, or red berry sorbet.
Ingredients
1 scoop vegan or dairy vanilla ice cream
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp Rose Burak Sumac, grounded
Method
Add one scoop of vanilla ice cream (vegan or dairy) to plate or bowl. Drizzle over the extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle with Rose Burak Sumac and serve. Add your favorite diced fruit, such as peaches or pears. Explore and enjoy!
